Terms of sale
The seller
The seller's details (name, address, registration and tax number, email) will be given here once the business is registered. Until then we accept orders only as reservations.
Reservations
A reservation is not a purchase. You pay nothing and you take on no obligation. When sales open, we write to you. You confirm the reservation by paying, or you do not, and we delete it.
Orders and the contract
You place an order on this site. The contract is made when we email you the order confirmation with the payment details. The contract is made in Slovenian.
Prices
Prices are in euro and are final. They include delivery to an address in Slovenia. A gift set (at least 2 mugs and 1 garment in one order) gets 15% off the whole order.
Payment
You pay by UPN bank transfer to the account in the order confirmation, with the order reference. We print your order when the payment arrives. If we do not receive the payment within 8 days, we cancel the order.
Printing and delivery
Our print partner (Gelato) prints the products at a print shop in the EU and sends them by post. We deliver to Slovenia only. For delivery before Christmas, order and pay by 12 December.
Cancelling and withdrawal
Each product is made from your drawing to your instructions. So the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 135 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act, ZVPot-1). Until we send the order to print, you can cancel it free of charge by email.
Defects and complaints
We are liable for defects under the Consumer Protection Act. If a product arrives damaged, is printed wrongly or is not what you ordered, write to us with a photo. We print it again or refund the price. Colours on a screen and on fabric can differ a little. A print that matches the preview is not a defect.
The drawing
When you order, you confirm that you may use the drawing (for example, your child drew it). We use the drawing only to print your order. We do not publish it without your permission.
Complaints and disputes
Send a complaint by email. We answer within 8 working days. The provider for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution will be given here at launch. The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia.
